If we move forward, we sign a legal assistance agreement, I issue the invoice for the 1,000 lei, and you pay it.
I draft and file the appeal
I draft the appeal, sign it and file it with the competent court, by email, within the legal deadline. You receive confirmation of filing and the case number.
